Over in Bopal, specifically at Panchratna Apartment near the Gala Club, is where Kothari Gourmet Food Pvt Ltd is based. We have a couple of units, A-13 and A-14, which gives us enough room to keep things organized. We aren't some massive factory; we’re more of a hands-on operation. Dealing with gourmet food means we’re always looking at quality, but we don't make a big show of it. It’s just about making sure the stuff we sell tastes like it should. The office can get a bit chaotic with boxes and paperwork everywhere, especially when a new shipment comes in. We’re tucked away in a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main road, which we actually like. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the storage temperatures to make sure nothing spoils. We’ve had some long days where things didn’t go as planned, like when a delivery truck got lost or a fridge decided to act up, but we always find a way to fix it. We are just a group of people who enjoy good food and want to make a living providing it. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just work out of our units in Bopal and try to keep our customers happy without any extra drama or complicated processes. It’s simple, steady work that keeps us on our feet every day of the week. We enjoy the pace.
