Our branch is located at number 33 in the New Jagnath Plot area of Rajkot. The building is called "Bhakti" and it’s pretty well known around this part of town. We handle a lot of the car and vehicle finance stuff for people in the city. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking documents. The office isn't very big, but we make it work. We have a few desks where people can sit and talk to us about their applications. It can get a bit loud when there are several customers at once, especially on Monday mornings. We try to get through the files as fast as we can. We’ve been in Rajkot for quite some time now, so we know the area well. We don't use much fancy talk, we just explain the numbers and how the payments work. Most of us have been working here for years. We usually have some water or tea for anyone who has to wait. The street outside can get pretty crowded with scooters and cars during the rush hour. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a regular office job, really. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the printer jams when we are in a hurry, but we fix it. We are right there in Rajkot, keeping things moving.
