Our branch is located at A/2 Lalbhai Aptt, which is right in the Kiran Park area of Nava Vadaj. If you are familiar with this part of Ahmedabad, you know it stays pretty active throughout the day. We are not in a huge commercial building; instead, we are tucked into these apartments, which makes the whole place feel a lot more like a neighborhood spot than a big cold institution. People from the nearby blocks stop in all the time. Sometimes they just want to ask a quick question about their accounts or use the ATM. The staff here has been around for a bit, so they recognize the regulars who walk in. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have the usual counters and a few chairs for people waiting their turn. It can get a bit cramped on Mondays or during the start of the month when everyone has errands to run, but we just manage it as it comes. Nava Vadaj has its own rhythm, and we are just part of that daily flow. There is a lot of noise from the street sometimes, bikes zooming past and people shouting, but once you step inside, it is just the usual sounds of typing and counting. We don’t go for anything too flashy here. It is a bank branch that serves the people living right around us in the park and the surrounding apartments.
