Kichan Xaparess

You can find us over at the GL Hotels building, specifically on the second floor. We are situated near the Iskon Temple, tucked behind the S.G. Highway. It’s a bit of a maze back here sometimes, especially with all the activity around the Gallops Mall area. We run Kichan Xaparess from this spot. It’s not a big fancy restaurant floor, more like the place where the actual work happens behind the scenes. We have our equipment and a small team that stays busy most of the day. The highway is always loud with cars and trucks, but once you get inside the building, it’s just the sound of the kitchen stuff going. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the shortcuts through the mall to get to the street. It’s a practical location for us since it’s near the main road. The office part is a bit small and we have papers and supplies everywhere. It’s definitely not a corporate looking place. It’s a working space. We handle food-related tasks and coordination from this second-floor room. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We just do our thing here and try to keep everything moving. It's a real place with real people working hard to keep the kitchen side of the business running right.
