We are located at P-4 in the Gokul Dham Apartment. It’s right near the Vejalpur Police Chowky in Ahmedabad. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the police station is. We handle travel stuff for people around here. Whether it's a bus ticket or a flight, we just help get it booked. We started this because we liked talking to people about where they were going. It’s not a fancy travel agency with posters of the Eiffel Tower everywhere. It’s just a small office where we sit and use the computer to find deals. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we have to tell people to wait a bit while we drink some chai. We don't promise the world; we just try to get the tickets right. People from the neighborhood often just walk in to ask about prices. We’ve been in Vejalpur for quite some time now. We know the regular customers by their names. It’s a simple business. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being here and being honest about what things cost. If a trip gets cancelled, we help sort it out. That’s the job. It’s nothing fancy, just a local travel spot for regular folks. We spend our days looking at maps and schedules for others who want to go somewhere.
