Khushboo Caterers

Khushboo Caterers is based in the Usmanpura Municipal Market, right near the Auda Sankul building and across from Visnagar Bank. We have been in this location for quite a while now. Our work is mostly done in a large kitchen where we prepare food for all kinds of local events. We don't have a place for people to sit and eat here because we are focused on the catering side of things. Usually, we are busy chopping vegetables or stirring large pots of dal and rice from the early hours of the morning. It can get very hot and humid in the kitchen, especially during the summer months in Ahmedabad, but we are used to it by now. We handle everything from small family gatherings at home to slightly larger functions in community halls. Our equipment is all heavy-duty stuff that has seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have any fancy office or a marketing manager. If you want to book us, you usually just come to the market and talk to us directly. We try to keep our prices reasonable because we know most of the people in this neighborhood personally. We just try to make sure the food is cooked well and delivered on time so the host doesn't have to worry about it. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy containers and working around fire, but we have a good rhythm going with our small team.
