Kcic Pvt Ltd. - Handling Sinapore Airlines, Air Arabian.

Our office is R-201 in the Abhishek Apartment building. It’s located right opposite Ganesh College in Nava Vadaj, Ahmedabad. It’s a busy spot because of the college students and the local traffic always flowing by. We handle things for Singapore Airlines and Air Arabian from this apartment. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of documents to process or people coming in for inquiries. We aren't in some big airport terminal; we’re in a residential building that we’ve turned into a workspace. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—scooters buzzing, people talking downstairs, and the bell from the college signaling classes. We spend our days on the phone or typing away at our computers, making sure all the details for the flights are in order. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s important. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of passion for what we do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, or we walk over to the college area to grab some quick snacks. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty words for us. We just do the job and help travelers get where they need to go from our small office in Nava Vadaj. It is a practical environment where the work always comes first.
