Kcic Gound Handling Comany is over here by the R.K. Patel Flour Mill in Amalner, Jalgaon. It is a pretty busy spot because of all the trucks coming and going from the mill, but we have been in this location for a good while now. Mostly we deal with moving things and managing equipment on the ground. It is dusty work a lot of the time, especially when the Jalgaon heat really picks up in the summer, but we just get on with it. I have a few guys who help me out with the daily tasks. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a reception area with coffee. It is just some basic desks and a lot of phone calls to coordinate the logistics. People come by the office to drop off papers or check on the schedules. The town is quiet enough in the evenings but the mill nearby stays busy late. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the small table near the door. It is just us doing the daily grind here in Maharashtra. Most days are okay, though some get a bit stressful when a truck is late or something breaks down. We have a couple of drivers who know the local roads really well which helps. It isn't a huge operation, but we keep busy enough.
