Our office is up on the third floor of the building in Sector-9 of Savina. It is right across from the Sanskrit School here in Udaipur. If you are looking for us, just look for the building opposite the school gate and head up. We have been helping people with their travel plans for a while now. It is mostly just a few of us at our desks with a lot of papers and computer screens. We handle train tickets, some bus bookings, and the occasional tour package for people wanting to see different parts of Rajasthan. It gets pretty busy during the wedding season or when the school holidays start. The office isn't very large, so if more than three customers come in at once, it starts to feel a bit tight. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to confirm bookings or checking if the trains are running on time. Udaipur is a big city for tourists, but we mostly deal with local people who need to go somewhere for work or family visits. We do not have any glossy brochures or fancy displays in the window. There are just some maps on the wall and a water dispenser in the corner. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait a bit to finish a booking, which is just how it goes sometimes. We try to be helpful and give people the best routes we know. It is a straightforward business.
