We are located at 12 Aarat Apartment, which is behind the Union Bank of India in Maninagar. It’s right near the Jai Hind Char Rasta, so it’s a familiar corner for most people in this part of Ahmedabad. We’ve been operating as Karnataka Commercial Industrial Corporation for quite a while. Despite the name, we are right here in Gujarat. Our daily work involves a lot of commercial and industrial support, mostly managing facilities or helping other businesses keep their operations smooth. We aren't a big office with a reception desk and fancy coffee. It’s more of a place where we manage our teams and handle the billing. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Maninagar is a busy area, and we’ve become a part of the landscape here at 380008. The office can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big marketing department. Most of our work comes from long-term contracts we’ve had for years. It’s steady work, and we just try to keep our heads down and do it right. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure our clients' buildings are running like they should be. It is just basic maintenance and management that we do every day to keep things going for our customers.
