Jet Airways

We are the local team for Jet Airways here in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our office is situated in the 380063 pin code area. While the name might be big, our day-to-day life here is pretty much like any other local business. We deal with a lot of people coming in and out, asking about flight times or trying to change their tickets. It’s a lot of paperwork and computer work, as you can imagine. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. We spend a lot of time talking to passengers who are worried about their connections or baggage. It can get pretty stressful when things are delayed, but we just try to stay calm and help out as best as we can. We aren't the ones flying the planes, of course. We are the ones on the ground making sure the logistics work out for everyone in this part of India. We’ve been in Ahmedabad for a long time, and we know how the local travel habits are. We don't use a lot of polished corporate language when we talk to our customers. We just try to be direct and honest about what is happening with the flights. It’s a busy environment and the phones rarely stop ringing. We just keep our heads down and try to keep everyone moving in the right direction every single day.
