Our office is situated in Shayona City, Part IV, which is over in the Ghatlodia area of Ahmedabad. The specific building is M-16 on New High Court Road. It’s a bit of a trek from the actual airport, but this is where we do a lot of the ground work. We handle ticket issues, talk to people about their flights, and try to keep the paperwork moving along. It is a functional office space. We have desks, computers that sometimes run a bit slow, and plenty of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. Ahmedabad is a busy city and the road outside our office is always full of cars and rickshaws. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place where work gets done. Sometimes people come in frustrated because of travel delays, and we sit down with them to try and figure it out. It’s not always easy, but it is what we do. The staff here is a mix of people who have been in the airline business for years and some new faces. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just tell people the facts about their flights and help them get where they need to go. It’s a practical environment. We keep our hours, do our tasks, and go home like everyone else in Shayona City. It’s just a regular office doing regular things for travelers.
