You can find us at Flat No 251, Sector 7, Plot 11 in Dwarka. This is the Afnoe area of Delhi, pin code 110075. Jet Airways (I) Ltd has a lot of different offices but this one is where we handle specific regional tasks. It is located in an apartment complex, so it doesn't feel like those big glass buildings you see downtown. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of printers that never seem to stop. Working in Dwarka is actually quite nice because it is close to the airport but still feels like a residential neighborhood. We handle a lot of the technical and administrative details that come with running an airline. It involves a lot of checking lists and making sure the staff schedules are correct. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have lunch together in the small break area and talk about things other than work. The daily commute in Delhi is always a challenge for us but we manage. We aren’t here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just need a place to sit and do our jobs. People often get confused by the flat number but once you find Plot 11 it’s easy. It’s a steady job with plenty of details to keep track of. We just keep our heads down and try to get through the daily workload. Dwarka is a big place but we like our corner here in Sector 7.
