Jammy Foods

You can find Jammy Foods at units 195 and 196 in the Vijay Industrial Estate. We are located near Bhikshuk Gruh in the Odhav area. It’s a fairly large space since we have two units joined together. We spend our days processing different food items. The air inside always smells like whatever we are making that day, which is actually quite nice compared to the exhaust fumes outside in Odhav. We’ve got a bunch of local workers who have been with us since we opened up. It’s a busy place and there is always someone moving crates or checking the machinery. We don't have a big corporate office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor working alongside everyone else. The industrial estate can get quite crowded with delivery vans, especially in the mornings. We just try to keep our heads down and do our jobs well. It’s not a glamorous business, but food is something everyone needs. We don't use any fancy slogans or marketing tricks. We just put the stuff in the packets and send it out to the shops. It’s a practical, everyday kind of operation. Most of our neighbors in the estate are good people and we all help each other out when needed. We are just a local outfit trying to make a living by providing something basic to the community.
