Our office is tucked away in E 1 Shiv Ashish Apartment over here in Ahmedabad. It’s not a big storefront on a main road, but a quiet space where we handle travel bookings. Most of our day is spent looking at screens, dealing with IATA regulations, and trying to find the right flights for people who call us. It can get pretty hectic when someone’s plans change at the last minute or a flight gets canceled. We have a couple of desks piled with papers and folders because there is always some documentation to sort out. Being in an apartment building means it feels more like a home than a corporate office. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the neighbors know us well. We aren't trying to be a massive global agency. We just help people get from one place to another without too many headaches. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it’s just us sipping tea and waiting for the next request. We deal with passports, visas, and all that stuff that people find confusing. It’s a lot of detail work. We make mistakes sometimes, like anyone else, but we always try to fix them quickly. Working in travel means you're always on the clock in a way, but we enjoy the rhythm of it here in Ahmedabad. It’s just a small team of us doing our jobs and keeping the business going.
