We are located at 15/178 Rameshwar Apts on Sola Road, right in the Naranpura area of Ahmedabad. It is a familiar spot for those of us living in Gujarat. Interactive Manpower Solutions P Ltd started here because it's a central place to work from. We spend our days going through resumes and talking to people who need help finding staff or jobs. It is not a glitzy office with a lot of glass. It is just a regular place in an apartment building where we have our desks and computers. The 380 063 area is quite active, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle the recruitment side of things without making it too complicated. People come in, we talk, and we see what needs to be done. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to catch up on the filing. We have been in this part of Ahmedabad for a long time. The street is usually busy with traffic and people going about their business. We just try to keep things moving for the companies and workers we talk to. It is simple work, really, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don’t go for big speeches or fancy titles here. We just focus on the manpower side of the business and keep our records straight at our Naranpura office. It isn't perfect, but we do what we can to help people find work.
