Indigo Airline

Our office is located at 38 Vishnukrupa Society. It is right across the street from the Punjab National Bank in the Fateh Gunj area of Vadodara. It is an interesting spot for an airline office because it feels more like a regular house than a big corporate building. Vadodara is a busy place, and Fateh Gunj always has something going on with the university students and the many shops nearby. We handle a lot of the local side of things from this desk. People come in with their papers in their hands, asking about flight times or trying to fix a mistake they made while booking something online. It is not always an easy job. Sometimes the computer system is slow, or people are frustrated because their travel plans changed at the last minute. We just sit with them and try to sort it out as best as we can. We are not the pilots or the people you see on the planes; we are just the ones in the small office here in Vadodara. The office has that old society feel to it. You can hear the neighbors talking and the birds in the trees outside. It is a lot different than being at the actual airport. We keep a pretty simple schedule and try to get through the pile of requests we get every single day. We do not have a big marketing team here.
