In Travel Agency

Our small travel agency is based in Sarangpur, right in the heart of Ahmedabad. It’s a traditional area, and our office is just a simple space where we help people figure out their trips. We aren’t one of those massive online booking sites with thousands of employees. It’s just a few of us sitting here with some computers and a lot of maps. Most people walk in because they’ve heard about us from a neighbor or a friend. We don't spend money on big ads. Sarangpur is a lively place, so there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes it’s hard to hear over the traffic, but we manage. We handle things like bus tickets, train bookings, and sometimes bigger trips if someone asks. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel, but the basics stay the same. People just want to get where they are going without a fuss. We try to be helpful without sounding like we are reading from a script. If a train is delayed or a booking is tricky, we just sit down and try to fix it. Our desks are usually piled with brochures and notes. It feels like a real workplace because it is. We’ve been here for years, and we know the locals well. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, help people travel, and go home. That’s the way we like it. We don't need anything more than that to keep going.
