Imperial Palace Hotel, Rajkot

Our office is over in the Naranpura area of Ahmedabad, specifically in Karnavati Apartments. It’s funny because the name says Rajkot, but this is where we do a lot of the backend work and handle inquiries. We are right next to Parasnagar, so it’s easy to find if you know the neighborhood. The apartment is basically our workspace. We have some desks set up and a few computers to keep track of everything. It’s not a hotel lobby with a concierge; it’s just us doing the paperwork. Sometimes people get confused about the location, but we explain that this is the administrative side of things. We spend the day taking calls, managing bookings, and talking to the staff over in Rajkot. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The space is a bit tight with all the files and folders, but we make it work. We don't have a big neon sign out front. It’s just a regular flat where we get the job done. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we have a good rhythm. We drink a lot of tea and stay on the phone quite a bit. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra fluff. We’re just here in Solaroad, keeping the business moving and making sure the rooms in Rajkot are filled up. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on.
