We are located in the Chitrakut Apartment building, specifically in unit M63746. It’s right near the Akash Ganga apartments on Sola Road in the Naranpura area of Ahmedabad. Icici Prudential Life Insu.Co.Ltd has a lot of offices, but this one is ours. It’s a bit of a maze finding the right unit sometimes because the buildings all look similar from the outside. We work in a space that used to be a regular flat, so it feels quite homey in a way. There are desks squeezed into the rooms and we have paper files piled up on the shelves against the walls. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their insurance needs or helping them fill out forms correctly. Naranpura is a busy residential neighborhood, so we get a lot of locals walking in to ask questions about their policies. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free at the moment. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. The traffic on Sola Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to get our outside errands done early in the morning. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch; we just handle the paperwork and the claims. It’s honest work and we’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The 380013 area is where we live and work, so we know the people here.
