Icici Lombard Gic Ltd

We’re set up in Sopan Apartment, specifically at number 308. It’s right near the A.M.T.S Bus Stop in the Chandkheda area of Ahmedabad. Our name is Icici Lombard Gic Ltd. It sounds like one of those big companies, but we’re just the folks in this specific office. Being near the bus stop is handy for getting to work, though it gets pretty crowded around there in the mornings and evenings. We’ve got a view of the street from the third floor, so we see the buses coming and going all day. The office itself is nothing fancy. We have some filing cabinets that are getting full and some desks that have seen better years. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve been here in Chandkheda for a good bit now. Ahmedabad weather can be tough, so we’re glad the fans in Sopan Apartment still work well. We don’t do any of that polished corporate talk here. We just deal with the paperwork and talk to whoever comes through the door. It’s a lot of typing and phone calls, really. Sometimes we have our lunch together at the big table in the back. It’s just a normal workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to get through the day’s tasks. The hallway outside gets a bit dark when the bulb blows out, but the manager usually fixes it. We know the other people in the apartments too. It feels more like a community than a business park. We just stay focused on our corner of the world here at 308. It’s a practical spot for us.
