I-Serve Call Center

We are set up as I-Serve Call Center in New Koba Gaam over in Gandhinagar, right in the Kalpvruksh Society. If you’re taking the bus, we are basically across from the Preksha Bharti stop, which makes the commute easy for most of the staff. Our unit is A-06, and it’s a pretty standard call center setup. We have rows of desks and plenty of cables running across the floor, which we try to keep tucked away so nobody trips. The atmosphere is usually a mix of focused silence and the low hum of people talking on their phones. We handle a lot of calls every day, and it can be a bit tiring, but the team here is good at supporting each other. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything, just a small corner where we keep the water cooler and a few biscuits for breaks. It’s a local operation, so we know the people in the society well. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in through the windows, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest call center in India, just a reliable one that gets the calls answered. Working in Gandhinagar is a bit quieter than Ahmedabad, which we like. The days go by fast when the lines are busy. We just show up, put on the headsets, and do our bit until the shift ends. It's a simple, hardworking environment for everyone involved. We share a laugh when someone gets a funny caller.
