I-Call India Pvt. Ltd.

I-Call India Pvt. Ltd. is located at C/21 in the Vishwarup Co.Op Soc. over in Ambawadi. We are right near the Vrajbhumi Temple and just across from C.N. Vidyalaya. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, except when school lets out. We do a lot of communication work here, mostly on the phones and computers. It’s not a fancy call center with hundreds of rows of desks. It’s a smaller setup in a residential society, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed. We have our routines, starting early in the morning and winding down by evening. Sometimes we have to stay late if there’s a lot of work coming in. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the tasks that need doing. The office is a bit messy with cables and old monitors, but we know where everything is. Being in Ahmedabad, we get all kinds of weather, but the office stays cool enough. We’ve been in Ambawadi for quite a while now and we like the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India; we just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s a steady job and we’ve got a good group of people working here.
