I-Call India Ltd.

You can find I-Call India Ltd. at B/5, Ratnadeep Society in Ahmedabad. We are located in the Gujarat 380043 area, which is a fairly standard residential and commercial mix. Our office is part of the society, so it doesn't feel like those big, cold corporate parks you see in the city center. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our calling and support operations. We have a lot of headsets and computers in here. The daily routine is mostly about taking calls and helping people out with whatever they need. It can get quite loud in here when everyone is on the phone at the same time. Ratnadeep Society is a nice enough place to work. We have been here for a while, and it feels like home to most of the staff who come in every day. We aren't doing anything revolutionary; we just provide a service where we talk to customers. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but we just deal with it and get back to our work. We don't use a lot of big words to describe ourselves. We are just a group of people in an Ahmedabad office trying to do a good job. We don't have a fancy lobby or free snacks. We just have our workstations and a small break area where we drink tea together. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being part of the local community here in Gujarat and just keep things moving.
