Hutch Call Center

We are over at 408 in the Shajanand Complex. It’s right across from the Iffco Gate in Gandhidham. If you’ve been to Kutch, you probably know the area. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and people moving around because of the port and the factories. Our office is just a bunch of desks and headsets. It gets pretty noisy in here when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We don't have a lot of space, but we make it work. The elevators in the complex are a bit slow, so we usually just take the stairs. It’s a simple call center setup. We don't have fancy break rooms or coffee machines, just a kettle in the corner. People here work in shifts, so there's always someone around. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We help people with their questions and try to solve problems as they come in. The heat in Gandhidham can be tough in the summer, but the fans keep us going. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. Everyone knows everyone else's name here. We aren't a big corporate hub, just a local team doing the work. You can see the Iffco Gate from the windows, which is a good landmark for people finding us. It is a very industrial area but we have made our own little community inside these four walls. Sometimes we bring snacks to share.
