Our place is at 21/V/1 in Balco Nagar, over in Korba. If you know Korba, you know Balco Nagar is a major part of the town because of the big industry there. We are right in the middle of it. It’s an industrial area, so there is always a bit of smoke and noise from the plants, but we are used to it by now. We handle travel and corporate services for people around here. Many of our visitors are workers or managers from the nearby plants. The office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of old ledgers and papers. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy decorations. We prefer it that way because it fits the town. Korba isn't a place for showing off. People here work hard and they expect us to do the same. We spend our days booking tickets or helping people with their travel plans. It can get pretty hot here in the summer, and the power sometimes cuts out, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. We've been at this address for a long time and we know almost everyone who passes by. It’s a tight-knit community in Balco Nagar and we are just glad to be a small part of it. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do.
