Hotel Domino'S Pizza

We are located at D-404 in the Shantidham Appt, right near the D-Cabin in the Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad. It is a bit of an unusual name for Hotel Domino'S Pizza, combining a hotel feel with pizza, but that is just how we are set up. Our kitchen is usually the busiest part of the place. You can smell the dough and the sauce from the hallway. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. One minute you might be taking an order and the next you are helping clean up. Sabarmati is a busy part of town, especially with the railway stuff nearby. We get a lot of local people coming in who just want something quick to eat. It is not a five-star dining experience with fancy waiters. We have some basic seating and we try to keep the place clean. The apartment building where we are located is pretty standard for this part of Gujarat. We have had to deal with the usual problems like leaky pipes or the oven acting up at the worst time. We do not have a big corporate office telling us what to do. It is just us figuring things out as we go. Sometimes we get a lot of delivery orders at once and it gets a bit chaotic in the kitchen. We just keep moving and make sure the food gets out. It is a simple life and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood.
