Hotel Amravati-Gachibowli-Manager Operations

This setup for Hotel Amravati is a bit unique because we are based out of the college campus on Raj Mahel Road in Patan. Specifically, we are over at the Bhagwati International Public School grounds. It might seem strange for a manager of operations to be sitting in a school area, but that’s how our layout works for now. We manage the hotel stuff, even though the main hub is in Gachibowli. It involves a lot of long-distance coordinating and making sure everything is running smoothly from this end. The campus is usually full of kids and noise, which keeps things lively while we are checking schedules and guest lists. My desk is often covered in notes about room cleaning and staff rotas. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional room where the real work happens. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails to the team back at the hotel. Sometimes the rains in Patan make the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still make it in every day. We don't have a huge team here, just a couple of us keeping the gears turning. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We focus on the practical side of hospitality, making sure the small details don't get missed in the shuffle. It's just a steady grind.
