Hot N Frozen Restaurent

We are located over in the Memnagar Gam area, specifically in the Patel Vas part of the neighborhood. Our little restaurant is in the Prarambh-II building, not too far from the Ram Temple. It is a local spot where families from the nearby houses come to eat most nights. We have a mix of hot dishes and some cold stuff on the menu, which is why we picked the name. The kitchen gets pretty warm in the evenings when everyone is ordering their food at once. We try to keep things moving so people do not have to wait too long for their plates. It is mostly just us working here, making sure the tables are wiped down and the floors are swept at the end of the night. We do not have a big fancy menu, just the regular things we know how to make well. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the market was short that morning. It is a very local vibe here in this part of Ahmedabad. You might even hear the temple bells while you are sitting at one of our tables. We get a lot of regulars who have been coming in since we first opened our doors. The lighting is a bit bright, but it makes it easier to see what you are eating. We do not do much advertising; people just walk by and decide to come in. It is a busy little corner of the world and we stay focused on the work.
