Hitraj Travels

Hitraj Travels is located right across from the Borsalli Apartment in the Khanpur area. If you are familiar with Ahmedabad 380001, you know that the area near Pravin Brahmbhatt Chowk can get really crowded with traffic and people moving about. That is where we spend most of our days, dealing with schedules and talking to folks who need to get somewhere. Our office is a modest spot where we keep our logs and take phone calls. It is definitely not a polished corporate environment. We have some old chairs and a lot of maps and calendars pinned to the walls. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We have been in this spot long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us by name. We do not spend money on big advertisements or fancy brochures because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It is a bit chaotic at times, especially when a trip is about to start, but we manage to get things sorted. We are just regular people trying to run a travel business in a busy part of town. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, handle the bookings, and try to make sure the cars are where they need to be. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do here near the chowk.
