Being located in Vejalpur is great because it feels like a real neighborhood. Our office is at A-71 in Nandanvan 1. It is right behind the Prerna Teerth Bungalows, which is a big landmark that everyone around here knows. Havmor has been a part of Ahmedabad for a long time, and everyone recognizes the name because of the food and the ice cream. But here in this specific office, it is just us doing the behind-the-scenes work. We are not serving scoops of ice cream from these desks. Instead, we are dealing with the logistics and the planning that goes into running a big restaurant business. The street is usually quiet, except for when people are coming home to the bungalows nearby in the evenings. We have a lot of paperwork and phone calls to manage every day. It can get a bit cluttered with all the files, but we know where everything is kept. The office is not anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. We like being in this part of Ahmedabad because it is not as chaotic as the city center, but it is still close enough to everything we need.
