Havmor Restaurant Pvt Ltd is based over here at 13/11 Vitrag Society. We are right on P.T. College Road in the Paldi area of Ahmedabad. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the students and everyone moving around the college area. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where all the planning and the boring behind-the-scenes stuff happens for the food side of things. We’ve been in this spot in 380007 for years. If you walk down the road, you’ll see the society gates easily enough. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with computers, some old filing cabinets, and probably a few empty coffee cups lying around. We spend a lot of time talking about ingredients and logistics. It’s not all glamorous like the restaurants themselves, but it’s where the real work gets sorted out. The traffic on P.T. College Road can be a nightmare in the afternoons, so we usually try to get our deliveries and meetings done early. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. It’s a tight-knit society. We don’t bother with fancy decorations in the office because we’re too busy keeping up with the orders and the daily grind. It’s just a practical place to run a business from, and it works for us. We like being in Paldi because it feels like the heart of the city sometimes.
