G.R.E(Guest Relationship Exe.)

We’ve been working out of 1/Amar Jyot App. for a while now. If you know the Paldi area, we are just behind Shri Rang App. on Dhumketu Marg. G.R.E(Guest Relationship Exe.) is mostly about making sure people feel looked after when they come through Ahmedabad. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we handle guest relations. Sometimes the traffic on Dhumketu Marg gets a bit much, but it's a good spot to be. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or meeting people who need help with their stays. It isn't always glamorous, honestly. There's a lot of paperwork and checking details to make sure nothing goes wrong for the guests. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started here. The address 380007 is home for us. We don't have fancy brochures or a big sales team. It's just us in the office making sure things work. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions because we're right there near the apartments. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem with a booking or a guest is unhappy, we just deal with it right then. That's pretty much what our day looks like. It’s a busy life here in Paldi, but we like the pace. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on the next person who walks through the door or calls us up at our desk.
