Godiawala Travels

Godiawala Travels is a small operation based out of 4/Luneshwar Soc in Vatva. This is basically our home base where we manage all the travel bookings and vehicle schedules. Vatva is an industrial area, so it’s always busy with trucks and workers, which keeps us on our toes. Our office is quite humble, just a room with a couple of desks and a phone that doesn't stop ringing. We spend most of our time talking to drivers and making sure the cars are where they should be. It can be stressful when a vehicle gets stuck in traffic or breaks down, but we’ve learned to deal with those things over the years. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know us. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay cool when the weather gets really hot. The furniture is a bit old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. We just want to run our business properly and help people get from one place to another. It’s a very practical way of living. We know our customers by name and they know us. Being in Luneshwar Soc makes us feel connected to the local community. It’s just honest, daily work for us here in Vatva.
