Go Airlines

The office is located at Number 9, Sneh Sagar Apartments on L G Hospital Road in Maninagar West. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, mostly because of the hospital traffic and all the shops lined up along the street. Being in an apartment building means the office feels more like a lived-in space than a sterile airport counter. We have a few desks with computers that stay on all day so we can keep an eye on flight paths and ticket prices. People come in mostly to sort out their travel plans or to complain about a flight that got delayed. It can get a bit loud with the horns honking outside on the main road, but we’re used to it by now. There’s a small pantry where we keep the kettle for tea, and that’s usually where we hang out during the slow hours in the mid-afternoon. We have a lot of posters on the walls showing different cities, but mostly we’re just looking at spreadsheets and terminal screens. Working for Go Airlines from this small branch means we handle a lot of the local neighborhood bookings. It’s a lot of typing and talking on the phone, trying to make sure everyone’s seat is confirmed. The space is a bit small, with boxes of supplies tucked under the desks, but it’s a functional place to spend the day.
