Gayatari Caterers is based in the Naroda area, specifically in Shree Shiv Shakti Nagar. We are right across from Syamal Park, which is a landmark most people around here know. We’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so starting a catering business here felt natural. We do a lot of work for the residential societies nearby along Nikol Naroda Road. It could be a small puja or a big reception, we’ve done a bit of everything. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people just see our vans or eat our food at a friend’s house and then give us a call. Our cooking is traditional. We don't try to be something we’re not. We use the same ingredients we’d use in our own kitchen. Sometimes the schedule gets a bit crazy, especially when there are many auspicious dates in one month. We’ve had days where we’re awake at 4 AM to start the subji. It’s tiring, but we like being part of people’s celebrations. We try to keep our prices fair because we know how expensive things can get for a family event. The goal is just to make sure the guests go home full and happy.
