Front Office Executive

We are located at D/18 in Janakpur Society, which is right opposite the R.T.O Office in the Subhashbridge area of Ahmedabad. It’s a very busy part of town because of everyone going to get their vehicle papers sorted across the street. Our office isn't very big, but it serves our needs just fine. We spend most of our time handling administrative tasks and managing the front desk duties. There is always a lot of coming and going, with people dropping off documents or asking for directions since we are so close to the main landmarks. The phones ring quite a bit and there is usually a stack of files that needs sorting. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of everyday work. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of tea, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a very local feel here. We know the tea seller nearby and the people who work at the other offices in the society. Working in Ahmedabad-27 means you get used to the heat and the constant sound of scooters outside. We just focus on keeping the paperwork straight and making sure anyone who walks in gets pointed in the right direction. It’s a simple operation, run by regular people trying to keep things organized. We aren't looking to be the biggest office around, we just want to get through our work every day.
