Front Office Executive

We sit right here in Shahibaug, specifically at 2, Ganpati App. It’s a busy spot because Rajasthan Hospital is just right there across the way on Camp Road. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and answering the phones. People drop in all the time because they see the sign while walking toward the hospital or the local shops nearby. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs, but it gets the job done for what we need to do here in Ahmedabad. We’ve been at this Ganpati App location for a while now. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a few weeks of working here. I usually start the day by opening up the shutters and checking if there are any messages left from the night before. We don't really have a big team, just a couple of us making sure everything stays organized at the front desk. It's a straightforward place to work. We mostly deal with people coming through the door asking for directions or needing specific help with their files. It's not the kind of job where things change much from day to day, but it keeps us busy enough. Most of the neighbors around here know us by now since we've been in this building for quite some time. We have a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving when the heat picks up.
