Fow Restaurants Private Limited

You can find us at B 18 Gyansagar. We are behind the Nutan Palta area in Choryashi. Fow Restaurants is what we call our setup. It’s not a big fancy restaurant itself, but more like the heart of the operation. We handle the business side of food from here. Choryashi is a bit out of the way, but we like the quiet. The building is just a regular one, nothing special to look at. We spend most of our time planning menus or looking at food costs. Sometimes we cook up some test dishes right here to see if they work. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the pots and pans. We don't have a secretary. We just answer the door ourselves. My partner and I have been in the food business for years. We’ve seen restaurants come and go in Surat. We just want to stay steady. It’s hard to find good staff, so we do a lot of the work ourselves. The Gyansagar building has other small businesses too. We all kind of know each other. It’s a friendly place. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the food we are involved with is decent. That’s about it. We work late most nights. It’s just the way it is when you run your own show. We keep the light on long after others leave.
