Fortune Landmark, Welcome Group

We are based at 7, Patel Society in the Shahibag area of Ahmedabad. Our office is very close to the Police Commissioner's office, so it is a very well-known part of the city. Fortune Landmark and the Welcome Group have been operating from this address for quite some time. The society is an older residential area with lots of big trees and quiet streets. Our building is a traditional house that we use for our daily office work. It does not look like a corporate headquarters at all. It has a small front yard where we park our scooters and cars. Inside, the rooms are simple with basic desks and some old wooden cupboards for our files. We like working here because it is much more peaceful than the center of Ahmedabad. You can hear the birds in the trees during the day, which is nice. Most of our neighbors are families who have lived here for a long time, so we try to keep the noise down. We do not have a big lobby or any fancy reception area. If you come to see us, you just walk in through the main door. It is a very relaxed and practical environment. We spend our days answering the phone, typing on our computers, and handling the paperwork that comes in. It is just a regular office in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
