Food Garage

We have been set up at 13 Shivalik Arcade for a while now, right across from the Prahlad Nagar Auda Garden. It is a busy little spot on the 100Ft Ring Road here in the Satellite area. Food Garage is just a simple place where we try to get the orders out as fast and hot as we can. Most people stop in while they are walking around the garden or heading home from their offices in the evening. The chairs are not fancy and the menu is pretty straightforward without a lot of complicated items. We mostly just focus on making sure the kitchen is running okay and people get what they asked for without a long wait at their table. It is usually quite loud with the traffic noise outside, but inside we just keep things moving along. We decided to open shop here because the neighborhood is always active and full of life. It is not a big fancy dining hall or anything like that. It is just a small setup where we handle the daily rush. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients early if it is a busy Friday, but that is just how it goes in a small kitchen like ours. We have a few regulars who come by every afternoon for a quick bite. You can find us easily if you look for the sign near the garden entrance. We just keep the tables wiped down and the food coming.
