Flavours Restaurant

We spend most of our time in the kitchen over at Jivabhai Tower. It’s right near Sandesh Press in the Vastrapur area. We've been here for a while now. Most days start pretty early with deliveries coming in through the back. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. Customers usually come in from the nearby offices when they get a break. It gets busy around noon. You can hear the traffic outside on the main road, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of pans and people talking. We don't really do anything fancy here. It's just a regular place where we cook and serve food. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up when it’s really hot out, but we try to keep things comfortable enough. The staff has stayed pretty much the same over the years. We know the regular faces who walk in. It’s a good spot in Ahmedabad. We just keep things moving, making sure the tables are wiped down and the orders go out on time. There’s always some prep work to do, like chopping vegetables or checking the stock in the pantry. It's not a glamorous job, but we like being part of the neighborhood. If you are walking around Vastrapur, you’ll see our sign. We're just doing our thing every day, trying to get the seasoning right and making sure the kitchen stays clean. The stairs up to the tower can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We keep a few chairs outside for when people are waiting.
