First Source Solutions

Our branch of First Source Solutions is located in Chandkheda, specifically in Parth Avenue. It’s right near Avani Bhavan, so it isn't too hard to find if you know the area. The building is one of those typical Ahmedabad structures where everyone knows their neighbors. We have our office in D-103, and it’s basically where we spend most of our waking hours. Inside, it’s mostly rows of computers and people with headsets on, doing their best to help out with whatever solutions we are providing that day. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, so we usually just bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while chatting about the latest cricket match. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in this part of Gujarat. We’re just a bunch of regular people trying to do our jobs well and get home to our families. There’s no big corporate mystery here. We have targets to hit and spreadsheets to fill, just like anywhere else. Sometimes we stay late when the workload piles up, but we usually manage to keep things balanced. The walk from the parking area can be hot, but the office atmosphere is generally okay. It’s a steady place to work and we keep things moving. We try to keep a few plants on the windowsills to brighten things up.
