Express Travels

Express Travels is based at Plot No. 200 in the Anandnagar Society over in Sector-27 of Gandhinagar. We have been in this specific neighborhood for a good while now. Sector-27 is mostly a residential area, so it has a very local and friendly feel to it. Our office is just a regular building on the plot. We do not have a big neon sign or anything flashy like that. Inside, it is mostly just desks, a few maps pinned on the walls, and plenty of phone lines. Since we do travel stuff, we are always talking to people about where they want to go and how they can get there. It gets very busy with people calling in to check on their tickets or asking about bus timings. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many different bookings, the desks usually have a lot of scrap paper and handwritten notes on them. We are not a huge travel agency with branches all over the country. We are just a small team of people working out of Gandhinagar. We know most of the people who come into the office because they live nearby in the society. We do not really do the corporate mission statement thing or use big business words. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure people get their tickets on time for their trips. It is practical work for us every day.
