Event Promotor

We run our operations from 34 Shivam Bunglows, which is near the Shailganga Society in the Sabermati area of Ahmedabad. It’s located near the D-Cabin, so it’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from around here. We work as event promoters, which involves a lot of planning and coordinating for different kinds of local gatherings. Our office is more like a home-based setup, which keeps things feeling relaxed. We have a lot of event gear, like banners and stands, taking up space in the corners. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending messages to vendors and venues. We don't have a big, shiny office in a skyscraper. We just work from this bungalow and get things organized for our clients. We’ve been in the Sabermati and Chandkheda area for quite some time, so we know most of the local suppliers. It’s not always easy because events can be very unpredictable. We spend a lot of time double-checking lists and making sure everything is ready for the big day. Sometimes we have to work through the night to get things finished. We don’t use any corporate talk or try to sound bigger than we are. We just enjoy putting together good events and making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
