Essar Guest House, Noida As Hotel Supervisor

This is the Essar Guest House, located over in Sector 26 of Noida, at A-49. I work here as the supervisor, and it’s a job that keeps me on my feet from morning until night. We aren't a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms. It’s a smaller guest house meant for people who need a place to stay without all the extra fuss. My day usually starts with checking the rooms and making sure the staff has everything they need for cleaning. We deal with all sorts of guests, from people traveling for work to families visiting relatives in Noida. The building is a standard one for this sector, and we try to keep it tidy. Sometimes things break, like a tap or a lightbulb, and I have to get someone out to fix it right away. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the kitchen has enough supplies for breakfast. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they work nearby. The lobby is small, with just enough room for a desk and a couple of chairs. It’s a bit noisy when the traffic picks up in Sector 26, but inside it stays fairly calm. I spend most of my time making sure the registers are correct and the guests are settled in properly. It’s honest work.
