Domino'S Pizza

This Domino’S Pizza is at number 29 in Vishal Nagar, which is in the Isanpur area of Ahmedabad. The pincode is 382443. It is a busy little spot right on the street. We have the usual ovens and the counter where people come to pick up their orders. It gets really loud in the evenings with the sound of the timers going off and the bikes starting up for deliveries. The floor gets a bit sticky sometimes when it's busy but we try to mop it whenever there is a gap. We aren't the corporate headquarters, just a local branch where we actually make the food. There is a small seating area but most people just take their boxes and go. The staff here is mostly young guys from the neighborhood who are working while they study. We talk a lot while we work to keep the energy up. Isanpur is a crowded place so parking out front is always a bit of a struggle. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, put on the aprons, and start the day. Sometimes the dough doesn't rise quite right or the oven acts up, but we just fix it and keep going. It is a lot of repetitive work but it keeps us busy. We see the same faces every Friday night. It’s just a normal part of the Vishal Nagar community.
