Dodsal Corporation Pvt.Ltd.(Pizza Hut)

We run the Pizza Hut over here at the Hotel Fortune Galaxy in Vapi. It is right opposite National Highway No-08 on Gunjan Road. Being near the highway means we see a lot of travelers who are just passing through and need a quick bite. Dodsal Corporation is the main name, but to everyone else, we are just the people making the pizzas. The kitchen gets really hot, especially during the dinner rush when everyone decides to show up at once. It can get pretty loud with the ovens going and the staff calling out orders. We try to keep things clean and organized, but it is a struggle when it is busy. We have been at this location for a while, and the regulars know our faces by now. It is a lot of standing on your feet all day and making sure the supplies are stocked up. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late because of the highway traffic, which makes things a bit stressful. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. When the shift ends, we are usually pretty tired, but it is good work. The building itself is easy to spot from the road. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the floor is swept. It is a standard job in a busy spot, and we just do our best to keep up with the pace. There are always dishes to wash and dough to prep for the next day.
