Our place is at number 31 in Ananaya Banglows. It's near Anandwadi, just off the Isanpur Road in the Ghodasar area. We use one of the bungalows as our main base. It feels more like a house than a typical office, which is fine by us. We’ve got some desks set up and a couple of filing cabinets. People come and go throughout the day, mostly staff checking in before they head out to their posts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at reports. Security is a serious business, but we keep things pretty relaxed in the office. We usually have the front door open for some air. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog comes by to see if anyone has a snack. We aren't a huge company with fancy uniforms for the office people. We just wear what's comfortable. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, making sure everyone is where they should be. We’ve been in Ghodasar for some years now. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the work. We have a map of the city pinned to the wall with some tea stains on the bottom corner. It shows where all our sites are. The bungalow has a small garden out front, but the grass is mostly brown because nobody has much time.
