Divya Tourisam P.Ltd

We are over at C/85 in Shiv Towers, right on the Satellite Road in Ramdevnagar. Divya Tourisam P.Ltd has been operating out of this Ahmedabad office for some years now. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks with maps spread out and a few old computers that hum a bit too loud. People come in asking about buses or trains or how to get to the next city over. We do what we can to find them a route that works. It’s not always easy when the schedules change without telling anyone. The office gets a lot of sun in the mornings, so we keep the blinds halfway down. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing down names in a ledger. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of workers. Just a handful of us trying to keep the bookings straight. Sometimes we forget to eat lunch because a group is waiting to hear back about their tickets. We’ve got a small fridge in the corner for cold drinks, which is a life saver in this weather. It’s a bit crowded with all the travel brochures piled up, but we know where everything is. You learn to recognize the regulars who come in every season. We just like helping folks get from one place to another without too much trouble on their end. It is simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
